De Rijndijkroute (groen) gaat door het waaierlandschap ten westen van Wognum richting buurtschap Noorermeer. U wandelt over de Rijndijk, die de grillige contouren van de Baarsdorpermeer volgt. Het ovale meertje, ontstaan tijdens de stormvloeden van de late middeleeuwen, is al in de 17e eeuw drooggemalen.
