De route gaat over een prachtig halfverhard weggetje langs de binnenduinrand naar het noorden. Vervolgens doo rhet sterrenbos richting Landgoed Marquette en het gelijknamige kasteel. Het sterrenbos bestond vroeger uit vijf lanen, aangelegd in de vorm van een ster (bij keuzepunt 28). Tegenwoordig zijn alleen de Marquettelaan, de Oosterweg en de kasteeloprit nog echt goed herkenbaar.

Wie het kasteel(terrein) wil zien, gaat aan het eind van de Oosterweg bij keuzepunt 28 richting keuzepunt 26.
