Je wandelt over de Hondsbossche Zeewering, langs natuurgebied De Putten en langs de Schoorlse Duinen.
In 2015/2016 is tegen de Hondsbossche Zeewering aan een nieuw duingebied aangelegd, waar je heerlijk kunt uitwaaien.
Achter de zeewering is in het verleden klei gewonnen voor de Oude Schoorlse Zeedijk. Het natuurgebied De Putten herinnert daar nog aan.
